Personal Data Administrator Information for Pniów 51 Accommodation

We kindly inform you that:

The personal data administrator for guests of Pniów 51 Accommodation is MILTEN Sp. z o.o., ul. Warszawska 87, 21-400 Łuków, NIP 825-219-31-90. The purpose of data collection is the execution of the hotel service contract based on the agreement commissioned by clients of Pniów 51 Accommodation. Data is processed under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract. Additionally, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f), which refers to the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller.

Pniów 51 Accommodation also processes guests’ personal data collected through monitoring to ensure the safety of hotel guests and other individuals present on the premises of Pniów 51 Accommodation. The legal basis for processing personal data through monitoring is the protection of the vital interests of the data subject and other natural persons, as well as the legitimate purposes of the administrator.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, or limit its processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and data transfer, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., until May 25, 2018 – the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, and after May 25, 2018 – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data such as name, surname, residential address, and ID card number and series is voluntary but necessary for the execution of the requested service. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the facility from entering into a hotel service contract.

The data you provide will not be shared with third parties. The data recipients will only be institutions authorized by law.

The provided data will not be subject to profiling.

The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.

Personal data obtained in connection with the hotel service contract will be stored for a period required by law, including tax and archiving regulations. Personal data obtained through monitoring will be processed for 14 days from the recording date and then permanently deleted.
